 Heel Injury

Stupid heel injury will keep me off my feet for at least a month. Have to avoid putting pressure on the heel, so it can heal. Gaping wound, but no infection, thank goodness. Now diet becomes extremely important. Upping the proteins for enhanced tissue growth means...protein (whey, chocolate) milkshakes! Just one a day though.
