20 minutes on stationary bike using HIIT

30 minutes of light yoga

Push-Up

Curl Dynamic self resistance (something I'm experimenting with)

are you doing legs tomorrow?

are you pressing down with the opposite hand for the self-resistance curl?

That is one biceps exercise that I have never used.

Do you like it?

I love the one like that for the hamstrings tho, where you lie on your stomach
and press down on the back of the ankle with the opposite foot

I didn't like it. I felt like it wasn't challenging enough. I may try it a few more times I'm not sure. I might try that one for the hamstrings though. Thanks for the input.

The hamstring one is amazingly effective. Gallon jugs of water was the best that we could ever do for biceps
but
they are only 8 lbs. ( girly! Smile )


jugs of cat litter might work but you'd have to bend forward and brace with
your other arm to get enough of a resistance through the whole arc.


Giant Rubber Bands from an office supply store is what we used before
the resistabands.

OH! I just remembered another.

If you can get a bar that will hold your weight and put it across
two counters, hang underneath and do a close-grip pull up


You'll want your heels on the ground...maybe your whole foot

20 minutes HIIT on treadmill
then spent a few minutes on a stationary bike just trying to keep busy waiting for my girlfriend to finish up.

On another note. I noticed that everyone in the gym who was wearing Under Armour was extremely fit and anyone not wearing under Armour looked out of shape. Call me superstitious but I'm going to go buy some Under Armour.

no workout in over a month, your slaakin !

if you cant find time to go to the gym, look at wolfe's routine, you dont need any weights for them and they hit your entire body.
