Didn't get my workout posted yesterday, so here it is:

Here's my workout for today:

- 20 minutes swimming
- Chest Press Machine (2 x 12)
- Row Machine (2 x 12)
- Overhead Press Machine (2 x 12)
- Bicep Curls Machine (2 x 12)
- Tricep Press Machine (2 x 12)
- Leg Press Machine (2 x 12)
- Leg Curl Machine (2 x 12)
- Calf Raises (2 x 12)
- Dumbbell Toe Raises (2 x 12)
- Regular Crunches (1 x 25)
- Oblique Twists (1 x 25)
- Reverse Crunches (1 x 25)
- Superman (1 x 10)
- Plank (hold for 1 minute)

Going to get this log going again:

- 7 hours sleep
- Lunch: 30 minute run
- After work: Strength Training*
- Total net calorie goal: 1480

* Strength Training
- Hyperextension: 1x20
- Squats: 5x5
- BB Bench Press: 5x5
- Stiff Leg Deadlift: 5x5
- Bent Over Row: 5x5
- Standing BB Press: 5x5
- Leg Raise: 1x25

- 400m lap swim
- 20 minute walk

I've signed up for a 12 week transformation contest. I'm going to use this board to keep me honest. The first day was 4/1.

- Lower Body Weights (BB Squats, BB Lunge, BB Stiff-Legged Deadlift, Calf Press on Leg Press Machine, and Hanging Leg Raise)
