good typing,

Please, will you add times?

I'm going to type this again.
Please read it.

The BRAIN burns about 100 calories per hour of carbs.
You cannot store carbs and get them back as carbs.
Therefore, you need fresh carbs several times a day and
enough so that your brain will age well

Meal 1 = 6:30 am
Meal 2 = 9:30 am
Meal 3 = 12:30 am
Meal 4 = 3:30 am
Meal 6 = 6:30
Meal 5 = 9:30

I don't really do the pre/post workout thing very well. Usually I get my workout in around 9pm, and then finish up the day with the post workout, kind of as a evening snack.

Those are the times I try to eat (I pack my lunch).

Workouts are kind of haphazard. I walk with the pup in the morning and exercise at night. I've become a master of time management.

This is really nice but the body does not digest when you exercise.
So, it does not surprise me that you'd have a challenge eating then.

If you could work out at 8 PM, that would be good
