This seems... rather far-fetched. All you do is cross your arms over your chest, and hold onto your earlobes while doing squats?

Oh, well. Don't knock it 'til you try it, right? I don't see any reason not to try this, myself. I'll have a go. Thanks for sharing~!

Quoted for truth.
I'd jump over a pit of rabid dogs if Thanatos recommended it. Razz

Well goodness me! It would appear that I must better acquaint myself with everyone so that I can make the same claims, myself!! Razz

On the meantime, this exercise is pretty fun, if nothing else. I love you

Oh I see, so the true power behind your persuasive recommendations is that you are channeling your chi in order to control our bodies.

But in all seriousness, I practice chi meditation and it's very effective at what it does, whether chi actually exists or not. As for yoga, that in concept is similar, but I'd prefer regular yoga over this, not gonna lie.

Oh! I do this! (Channeling Chi). For those who are uneducated on the matter, Chi is the chinese word for "life force energy" or "the energy of the universe". Basically what it is is psyching yourself up.

I use it in martial arts to make my strikes significantly more powerful (I kicked my punching bag off the support and it flew across the basement!)

Every country has a word for it, some terms are as follows: Chi (Already Mentioned) Ki or Qi, (Japan) Numen (Native Americans I believe) Prana (India I believe), Mana (Africa I believe), Psi (North America).

Those are the terms I can remember off the top of my head; if you know any more or if I got my information incorrect please feel free to correct me and add more if you'd like. Smile
