| Gonna take a First Aid course at the local community college. It'll only cost me $120 and it'll come in handy. |

The origin of Tai Chi was that a monk had a dream about moves that could protect him from being robbed on the road. He practiced the moves and gave them names based on the vocab that he had. He practiced them daily and found that a BY-PRODUCT of the practicing was a calm, meditative state Most Americans only learn the spoon-fed part of calm-meditative you should be able to google and get a better answer than mine |

First Responder course? If so it's worth the money. I've been through that and EMT-B. Very, very worth the money. |
