 Tricking and Strength Conditioning

PostSubject: Tricking and Strength Conditioning    Thu Jul 02, 2015 7:14 pm

Since martial arts tricking requires a decent amount of power and coordination relative to body weight, does anyone know if there's a specific formula of strength compared to weight that is useful for tricking; or if there isn't, what do you consider your "playing weight" for things that require body weight movement and such?
