benching 200 should be easy based on how much you train. Even twice a week should get you there in a few months depending on what you lift now.
I generally train at a gym once a week.
for bench I rep 165 5 x 4
but its mainly to keep my strength at its current level.
I don't like to squat but I do deadlift.
as for skills I am currently training martial arts both stand up and grappling.
additionally I am training my archery with a former Olympian.
on top of that I am learning all about crime in university and already have a psych degree.
every skill is useful, but I focus on knowledge, fighting skill, archery, physical fitness and stealth.
stealth is hard to train fyi. I used to have some friends I would play a stealth training game with, where I had a Nerf bow and had to stealthily shoot them all. The problem is in real life once you get one of them the others attack you because they all watch eachother since they know the point of the game.
still haven't figured out how to make this game more realistic.
