Although I have been exercising in dedication for several weeks now, my term as a hero just began recently. For this, I am considering my training as of beginning yesterday, Friday October 27th.
I have began with the P90X which is, for those unaware, a DVD series that covers full-body workout and maximises physical fitness. I have set specific days to specific exercises. In addition to these, I will also be including additional cardio as I walk everywhere. Once I am closer to peak physical condition (and I can afford lessons) I will be returning to kendo and training in jiu jutsu and kickboxing.
Monday: Arms and Shoulders
Tuesday: Cardio and Boxing
Thursday: Cardio and Boxing
Friday: Chest and Back
Saturday: Stretching and Cardio
I will take exact physical measurements once I get the equipment to do so.

Based on a daily workout plan, I am hoping to be in peak physical condition by December. Considering I am 21 and relatively in shape as is, I think this is a reasonable goal.
