 Training From Day 1

Although I have been exercising in dedication for several weeks now, my term as a hero just began recently. For this, I am considering my training as of beginning yesterday, Friday October 27th.

I have began with the P90X which is, for those unaware, a DVD series that covers full-body workout and maximises physical fitness. I have set specific days to specific exercises. In addition to these, I will also be including additional cardio as I walk everywhere. Once I am closer to peak physical condition (and I can afford lessons) I will be returning to kendo and training in jiu jutsu and kickboxing.

Monday: Arms and Shoulders
Tuesday: Cardio and Boxing
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday: Cardio and Boxing
Friday: Chest and Back
Saturday: Stretching and Cardio
Sunday: Yoga

I will take exact physical measurements once I get the equipment to do so.

Estimates are:

5'8" and 3/4 (Exact height)
125-130 pounds
10% Body fat
32" waist

Based on a daily workout plan, I am hoping to be in peak physical condition by December. Considering I am 21 and relatively in shape as is, I think this is a reasonable goal.

Monday: Completed; 1:15 hr walk from work additional
Tuesday: Completed; 1:15 hr walk from work additional
Wednesday: Completed; 1:15 hr walk from work additional
Thursday: Completed; 1:15 hr walk from work additional
Friday: Completed


PHYSICAL CAPABILITES


Pushups: 15 wide, 15 standard - 1/10
Cardio: 6 laps around the block - 1/10
Yoga: 25 minutes basic poses - 1/10
Outdoor Stairs: 8 cycles (up and down) - 1/10
Curls: x2 sets, x8 reps, 20 lbs - 1/10


CONCLUSION

1/10

I still have a long way to go. That's what first weeks are for though, right?
